Fred Stone, CEO of Classic Property Management, is definitely a control freak when it comes to community management. He seems to forget HOA's pay him, he's there at their service, that's definitely not the case. I dont know ifother have realized but doesn't Fred Stone always seem to be working with Action Painting on every job? All the bids that our community requests, Action is usually the lowest bid, kind of ironic?
I am currently experiencing their lack of services and financial mismanagement. I live in a relatively small community where our BOD has no authority over any decision making and Class Property Management basically runs the whole place. Fred Stone refuses most of our common area fixes, and they recently increased the monthly fee even without our votes. Our community is planning to go independent but do not know where and how to begin. Please help, Fred Stone is straight up stealing our money. Thank you.
My rating for this Classic Property Management is below minus 0. Believe me because its true, its really bad. They mismanage on everything, C.C&R and regulations, etc. especially money. Do not trust this company with your financial and don't expect them to provide you any kind of services when you call. They find ways to cheat/steal your HOA money.
