DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE – This agency does not follow the laws of Texas governed by TREC. They have lied to us, mislead us, held our deposit, hung up on us, and we had to threaten a law suit to get our deposit funds back of $4200. We tried to rent a home they have listed. The agent told us to start the process we had to provide a deposit. The deal fell apart after days of negotiating. WE NEVER EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT and COULD NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK QUICKLY!
