This company charged me almost $1,000 to replace three toilets in a home I had recently purchased. A few weeks ago I kept hearing water running for brief periods. It took me a while to determine that the toilet in the back part of the house was running. I called a plumber who came and told me the gasket in the tank had a bubble in it that prevented the gasket from seating solidly. He put a new gasket in and no water is running now. The installation of the toilets was done in January 2022, and because you furnished them, any repairs are your responsibility as you were made aware and agreed upon before the installation began. On February 22, 2023, you called and abruptly stated that you were turning us in to the BBB because we put shims under your toilets and then hung up before we hardly got your name. perfect! I have always had an ongoing problem with my pipes, but as soon as i got classic plumbing to work on it, it was perfect!
