Amazing service from this wonderful company! Classic Plumbing was able to fix my issue quickly and for a fair price! The plumber took the time to explain to me what was going on, and how he was going to fix it. Will be using Classic Plumbing again!

Dishonest and unacceptable work Because of the home warranty program I bought, we were forced to use Pope Plumbing. The job was never done correctly the first time....and that is not an exageration. The last time Pope Plumbing came out to repair a hot water heater, the same heater leaked and caused a couple thousand dollars of damage. After that, I called my own plumber to make repairs.
Friendly, Imformative, Reasonable They sent a plumber to me right away (not a job estimator like ARS sends). Ken looked at the leak and got to work taking the connections apart. (When the ARS guy was here he just looked at it, said PVC connector was broken, wrote me an estimate for $1275!! Said they would have to jack hammer the sidewalk). Ken from Classic found that PVC connector was NOT broken, and leak was caused by threads on connector not having pipe putty sealant on it.
