SLUM LORDS. We have lived in home supposedly "managed" by Classic 1 for just about two years. For 2 months of our lease we had no functioning stove, w/o any compensation at all, but the bigger issue is unrepaired hurricane damage. There’s a stucco blowout on the side of the home. There was also water intrusion from under the slab (a common problem in our subdivision - shoddy building).
