My experience with Nissan Dealership was not a good one. I want to trade in my Altima for a ***. I wish I had not. The finance department was terrible. To give history, all cars I purchased in past years had been financed by *********** and have been Nissans. This car was financed by an unknown company to me, Santander Consumer. They will over charge you and will make you come in for multiple appointments. Just to fix the thing I wanted them to fix in the first place. On top of all that they clearly only took 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete my car, but charged me for 3 hours saying they charge by book hours. I think that they should be more honest and charge correctly based off the time they worked. They told me i pay for their smoke breaks. I do not recommend their service and would stay away.
Worst experience of my life! Went to buy a dependable used car put $8000 down!! The service due light came on immediately went in 4times to have it checked and they said it just needed to be reset. Each time they acted like they done it but it was still on. 35 days after buying the car and going to the dealership several times it breaks down! Once again I was duped by false advertising of "all trade ins approved" "bad credit ok". What a waste of 5 hours of my life that I'll never get back! The audacity of the individual who texts through messenger is the ultimate kick in the teeth. I asked all questions before driving one hour away and waiting for 5 hours to be told no, makes my skin boil.
