I went a few days ago to get mine and my sisters nails done. The lady that did my nails took two hours to put acrylics on. There was a girl that came in and hour after me. She also got acrylics and was done almost 20 mins before me. Definitely didn’t expect to be there for two hours... service was alright. The workers didn’t really talk much to me. possibly won’t return.
I’ve been going here for some time at least 2 times a month but what happen today I will not return. A family came in and wanted their mother’s nails done. They treated the lady badly wouldn’t let her go to a table, said it was because she was in a wheel chair and when she was done they wanted to charge her more because she was in a wheel chair when the family left one came back because the polish wiped off she asked for her money back and the owner said that he would next time refuse her in. Always loved having Hannah or Andy do my nails. Lee would get pissy and rude if you request a certain person. Hannah was no longer there witch saddened me so I had to have others do my nails witch did a horrible job and was always rude and did not speak English. The last time I had them done I absolutely hated the flower or whatever it was the lady tried to do and they refused to take it off or change it. Jenny is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had! She is always consistent & nails every single shape and style I’ve ever wanted! Her designs are outstanding! She has phenomenal creative & technical skills! Her talent is superb & I will follow her wherever she goes! I refer all my clients & friends to her & they have done the same! Seriously you charge $25 to paint a 7 yr old girls nails what a joke! Also didn't appreciate being hollered at from across the salon from whom I'm assuming was the manager. Been going to this location for over 2 years and reffed a ton of people I will not be going back!
I like going to Classic Nails. I've been to other nail salons and the atmosphere is cold and they just want to get you in then send you out without the quality of your money's worth. At Classic Nails the Atmosphere there is welcoming, you're treated well, you get to enjoy yourself as you get pampered. The staff always do their best to make sure you get what you have asked for. Walked in and got the deluxe manicure for decent price and great results .. the cuticle care was what I really needed so definitely somewhere I would recommend
