Bought a used car from them. Jose and the lady in the office are far from professional. Every time I had any issue with my vehicle that I knew was under warranty they wouldn't get back to me. I call numerous times and I'm always told Jose will call me back but he doesn't... I'm the one that reaches out. Poor excuse of a business. I will never buy a car from this place ever again. I suggest you don't either.
Fantastic service, cars, and prices. Can not beat this place in all of the state of Wisconsin. Extremely helpful and caring staff. Sam was great person to buy my first car from. Highly recommend it to anyone.
I purchased my car from Classic Motors 6 months ago. The car was nice looking, needed struts and mounts in front, and coil springs and shocks in the back, and has a bad rattling noise on rear driver tire, that sticks out. I brought the car back under warranty and they did however fix the front struts. When I asked about the other things that were wrong, I was told, "We won't fix the car brand new for you," So because in financing this car. I ended up fixing it myself. I bought a second vehicle from them because I had good experience with the first one I bought. Can find good deals on good cars, they are willing to work with price a little bit and will take care of some of the cosmetic issues and other stuff you find.
I will come back, the employees and dealer were great and made feel like home
