I have done business with classic mazda for years ..since 2008 . And today I found out the hard way about loyalty .. they have no loyalty it’s just a word on paper .. No respect.. upper management must be making the sales team Hard line everybody for a sale .. What a waste of time today Classic Mazda

Just drove my new Mazda CX5 lease home (my third one through Classic Mazda). Top notch dealership- the BEST! They make it so easy to do business with them. Very disappointed in Classic Mazda Service. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership now and love the sales team. However I purchased a vehicle in March, a day before the dealerships closed. During my test drive there was a slight sound when you pressed on the brakes that I was told was from it sitting on the lot and would go away after driving for a few days. It never went away and because we are in a PANDEMIC, we weren’t able to get it in until now. But dropped off today and are being told that they won’t cover it... read more
