Wow! Great Service. These guys are great. Fast, friendly, and a good value at $19.99. I read some of these other reviews and have to wonder if they are just people that blame a business for their own broken down cars. I had a great experience. Will recommend to all my friends.
This particular location has been ANYTHING but professional! They put in the wrong oil filter in my car as a result it leaked all over and almost ruined my engine because most of the oil leaked out The same day same time a family a member was also getting her oil changed , they came in trying to sell her the fact that it needed numerous things done that it in fact did not, however she fell for the old look at the colors this means you need an Anti freeze flush, and new Cap ETC. Funny - you see these reviews and wonder if all the people are writing about the same place! OMG, my experience here was freakin' FANTASTIC!! I am a mechanic who does ALL his own work, but decided to take a friend's vehicle to Classic Lube Express to see if they did a good job so that he could keep coming back because he does not do his own work. Their service is always fantastic. They have never tried to sell me something that I know I didn't need. In fact, I came in once and asked them to change my air filter and they told me it was still in good condition. What a breath of fresh air! I won't take my care anywhere else.
Great guys. Great PRICE. Even with the price of oil, they haven't raised the standard oil change price. Gotta luv it.
PUT THESE LOSERS OUT OF BUSINESS – Went here and they had a long line ahead of me. The guy that took my information down while I was waiting was the biggest jerk I have met. He got really rude with me when I asked what the expected wait time was. He put the flyer under my windshield wiper and then stalked off. After they took a customer into the bay who drove up AFTER ME I decided to go elsewhere for my oil change. When I drove away the flyer came off my window and landed in the parking lot. OIL CHANGE – The service here was outstanding! I came in for an oil change. They noticed my truck needed a new belt and a new tensioner pulley which, I had them replace. I
Oil change places are NOT all the same. Classic Lube Express goes above and beyond any customer service that I have ever seen. They changed my oil and checked all my fluids, i expected that. But, they also cleaned the inside of my car and provided a FREE air freshener. They even got my door for me when I left, that was a nice touch. Best of all, they showed me in detail the things about my car that I honestly did not know about. They did not pressure me at all and the gentleman was very friendly and nice to talk to.
