I'VE PURCHASED NUMEROUS TRUCKS FROM CLASSIC. BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPT., THERE MAY NOT BE ANOTHER FROM RICO. Took 2020 f150 in for a transmission problem 3 weeks ago. Was told it would be a week to diagnose problem although Mark pulled codes that said 4 items were showing up. After 10 days and numerous calls they told. me it was transmission problem although they already knew. WORST PLACE EVER Columbia classic Ford and Lincoln. They are the most dishonest people I've ever delt with. They upcharged me for over 8k and when I talked to the GM they said it was he said she said bs. DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS HERE they will rip you OFF. Highly recommend LEXINGTON of Columbia Ford was gonna trade my car in bc I got ripped off and they where very helpful. I wish I would have gone there first.
Have been castling intermittently all day, both the service department and the operator. Have left messages. So regret purchasing from this dealership. Their customer service was and is atrocious!!!
