Had an emergency with my Stinger driving home and management helped me out even after the service department closed last Friday. Thanks to their kindness, I was able to make it home safely! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
I have never seen so much disrespect disrespectful things said about an employee. After Wednesday’s episode of seeing an employee walking out literally in tears because of what was done to them just shows why I have seen them go through 6 receptionists in the last 2 months. Took them 3 months to change my engine. When i got the engine back the heater hoses weren't connected properly so lost all my coolent, the o2 sensor wasn't plugged in properly so engine light came on, and the starter was not hooked up properly so it stopped working a month later. Had to dismantle most of the engine to get to the starter in the middle of winter to fix their mistake. P.s. I was driving when I lost all my coolant and had to get a tow truck which they refused to refund.
RecommendedGreat sales team. No heavy handed approach. Really listened and we left feeling good about our purchase. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this dealership. Also, one of the few dealerships to have cars in stock.
