Classic Kia in Waukegan is the absolute best! I worked with Jennifer Pratt and couldn’t have walked out the door happier. When arriving at the dealership very early for my appointment, I was instantly greeted and put with Jennifer. 4/6/2025 I contacted classic Kia in Waukegan to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle they responded back via email and call said that the vehicle was available 4/7/25. It was on the lot then I received a call April 7 at 9AM from Alex telling me that the vehicle was available and that I can schedule an appointment at 2:30p to come in and test drive it I arrive at the dealership at 2:30p. I highly recommend This Kia dealership. We drove 1.5hrs to get the best deal. They were extremely helpful and transparent on their prices and service. They got us in the vehicle we wanted and at the price that fit our family. Enrique Rodriguez our Associate was more than helpful. Highly recommend seeing him. Mention my name for a discount.
Really appreciated the personal, honest, upfront staff and service. Jennifer Pratt sold me my plugin hybrid SUV. She’s friendly, well informed and easy to relate to. Vinod Anselm, the finance manager, handled the sale efficiently and clearly explained the options and process. Definitely recommend this local business.
