I am very pleased with the whole process. The product is good and the prices are comparable.
I've order a couple of times now and both were not good experiences. The first time I ordered kick panels with speakers and upon arrival they are molded wrong and do not fit. They at first said I had to pay return shipping but I was eventually able to get them to use common sense that this was an error on their part and not mine. On my 2nd order I had (2) kick panels for a different car. One panel the vent flap was broken and it appears to have actually been used before I received it.
