I returned the incorrect part they gave me and they have been holding my $700 for a week and they just canceled the refund. They say they sent it, my bank says their system says the merchant cancelled the refund. Now I don’t have my parts or the money. They are giving me a whole runaround, customer service has been completely useless after 2 phone calls after sitting listening to their robots for 30 minutes waiting to finally be connected. They don’t care the customers.

Used my classic industries credit card for purchase checkout shipping was more than parts I ordered because I live in Hawaii but still paid got confirmation email and next day I got an email saying because it's my first purchase for over $1000 I would have to wire money or use PayPal. When I checked out there was no notification on purchase. I got classic industries credit card just for parts thru classic industries and couldn't use it.
