I received a broken windshield, I sent them photos, and they haven't responded to my emails. I won't buy from them again. Very poor service!
Shipping with UPS is restrictive. USPS to Canada is not performing well. Perhaps you should offer others who get what going on. I have addressed this with your sales representative without much positive comments. Try Fed Ex to my location would work well for me and that's what your competitors are doing successfully. Your sales staff does not offer this. Smells fishy.
