NO DOUBT THE WORST EXPIRIENCE TO DATE WITH A VENDOR. AND AS A BUSY GLASS SHOP, I DEAL WITH MANY VENDORS . CLASSIC INDUSTRIES JUST SEEM TO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. I ORDERED A WINDSHIELD FOR A RANCHERO, AFTER BEING QUOTED PARTS AND FREIGHT. I RECIEVED A CALL FROM CI 1 DAY LATER TO INFORM ME THAT FREIGHT WAS GOING TO BE A HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE. IN SHORT, IVE SPENT 2 DAYS AND LITERALLY NUMEROUS HOURS TO CANCEL AS THE CUSTOMER DOESNT WANT TO PAY THAT MUCH FOR THIS WINDSHIELD , TO NO AVAIL. JUST PASSED AROUND ... read more
Parts seem to be of great quality. Only had an issue with one part , the hood had a dent in it from the shipping company. Not sure how that's going to play out with the shipping company.
