We ordered our food at 7pm for delivery (only two small calzones and a soda and we live less than a mile away) around 8:00pm we call to check on it and the girl who answered put us on “hold” (we could hear her entire conversation) and not once did she ask anyone about our order and returned on the phone saying it was out for delivery. Called for pickup. 30 minute wait no biggie but when we got there the order was never put in and then we were told 7 minutes and after 7 minutes it still was not ready so we left. Food is good just not communication.
Had some family over for a outdoor movie night. Didn't feel like cooking so I called Classic Pizza. I had their food in the past and I could do without it. But I've took a leap a few weeks back and ordered antipasto n pizza. it was great, so I decided to put it in their hand again. I put in an online order of Chicken broccoli alfredo, antipasto, garlic parmesam chicken wings, bacon pizza n lets not forget the brownies. Everything was TOTALLY AMAZING. i see people will take the time to criticize a company, but never to compliment one. I absolutely love this Classic Pizza over all the others. they use fresh products, not frozen. I know they are this areas only fresh seafood location. I also noticed since that gentleman Harry has been there, the quality consistency has been on point, not to mention the crew members he brought along with him have fantastic personalities. kudos to Classic on Winthrop.
I want to say a big thank you to Harry. I love classic pizza however had1 bad experience on Dec. 23rd and Harry promised me my next order would be AMAZING just like I was used to. And he stood up to his words. Classic pizza is the BOMB subs salad pizza etc.. Thank you again Harry
I ordered 3 subs all toasted, none were toasted!! One sub was supposed to have cheese and it didn’t! When I went into the store to get it, the gentleman making the subs (should I not mention his name was Harry, oops sorry I guess I just did) was NOT WEARING GLOVES!!!! He was using his bare hands to make the food, grabbing deli meats, lettuce, etc. Then he went to the back to get more meat and continued making the subs with no gloves on! Good service, good food.
WORST WORST WORST SERVICE EVER. They took my order and called me back 20 minutes later to tell me that I’m too far to deliver. They had delivered to my address several times before. They also got my order completely wrong and delivered a small pizza when I asked for a large. The delivery man had the nerve to tell me never to ask for delivery again. What awful business practices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you!
