I have been going to this dealership for years. We have bought our last 4 cars here and refuse to shop anywhere else. The staff is very professional and do an excellent job in taking care of our vehicles. They are just simply the best and most friendly.
Over the years I have spent many boring hours waiting for my past cars to be serviced. It was quite refreshing to receive the "royal treatment" when I brought my new Hyundai Veloster in for service a few weeks ago. The staff was friendly, fast, and not only performed my needed services but also washed my car and gave me a free 18-point inspection to boot. First, I think it would be reasonable to assume that most Google readers will be going through online sales reps/contacts. Via the Hyundai website or Edmunds or Yahoo, you can get referred to the Internet Sales people at RR Hyundai. Free oil changes for life? Yes please. This place has it's act together in terms of service. They back up all their new cars with some phenomenal warranties. Good representation of Hyundai as a whole. They need talkbin though! We need some cup covers in the service area so we can take this awesome coffee to go!
Mark Cheatham was very helpful. The dealership is a bit small for the amount of customers that were there at the time but I thought they did a great job. Also, I think the paperwork could have been done faster had there been more employees/offices available. Overall, the service was great and I know they'll be available if I ever need anything for my Tucson!
