Edgar Quiroz really went above and beyond for me and my family. He even went as far as delivering papers that I had left in my trade all the way to my house which is an hour away! This was something I never asked him to do and well after the sale (so they already had my money) which showed great compassion by Edgar and let me know that he really cares and will be there long after the initial sale. The salesperson (Jerald) was excellent! Be careful when signing the paperwork! The dealer raised the price of the vehicle over $3,000 than the advertised price. Toyota offered 0.00% financing or a $3,500 rebate. I chose the rebate. As a result, the dealer raised the price of the vehicle so the rebate evened out to the advertised price. After much debate and stress, I was finally able to get them to correct the problem and made the deal at the amount I wanted. Not sure if I would ever go back.
