Always have had great customer service at Classic. Associates are attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Amo was a wonderful when assisting me through the process. There was a little bit of trouble with the underwriters at corporate accepting the documents I had given to lease my vehicle, but the dealership was prompt to make sure I could start driving it as soon as possible. Thanks a million, Classic Honda!

I had an awesome experience when buying my Honda Civic . My salesman Alex was wonderful and very informative on my first Honda purchase. Todd Muller was a great salesman I am a Honda Girl now. Purchased a 2016 Honda Accord on Saturday he was great took his time with us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will always go to honda now. Was just at the dealership this afternoon was going to buy two cars worth approximately $22,500 was only asking for $1,000 apiece for trade in of my daughter's Subaru which has a KBB of $2,800 and my wife Suzuki Verona which has a KBB of $2,300 I thought I was being very reasonable and the manager insulted me and sent the sales lady back to me and offered me $750 a piece in trade in needless to say I was very disappointed and insulted buy his games and I walked out would never do business with them ever again I will find som... read more

I bought a Kia from Classic Kia in Streetsboro. That changed hands. Classic Honda is honoring the extended warranty. The service department is SO nice and helpful. I'm not looking to buy a car but when I am, I will keep them first in mind! Kudos!
