The shutters we purchased from Classic Home Dallas (CHD) completely collapsed, fell off the window, and crashed to the ground. Upon inspection of the collapsed shutters, it is evident that the installation of our shutters was performed in a shoddy and improper manner which created a dangerous situation and could have resulted in serious bodily injury to our family and anyone who visited our home in the last year and a half.
