Working with Classic Floors was fantastic and my floors look amazing!
We hired them to refinish a small kitchen floor. We were not happy with a couple of spots that looked like the stain didn't saturate and then a spot that looks like the poly was missed. Also, when they moved the refrigerator back they indented the floor. When we talked with the owner Bill he was defensive and didn't offer any solutions.
"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walk through multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
