Bought a truck from them in February. A couple weeks later when the bank contacted me to set up my online payments I noticed that the amount due was wrong. Looked at the paperwork they had put in a $5000 extended warranty that I never okayed. Yes I signed the paperwork, you know how it is. They keep you there forever. Terrible management from the top to the bottom! They hire unqualified managers to run it. Never get a return call on my plates and service appointment! I’ve gone elsewhere. The only help I ever got was from previous clerical people. They were the only ones to help me and now that they are gone…….no one else has the common sense to handle anything. We’ve bought several from them and no more ever!!!
