Came to this dealership. I was assisted by Shay and Donivan. They both were nice and helped to put me in a nice vehicle. Well, soon as I went to test drive drive the vehicle, there were issues going on with the vehicle. So I immediately had to bring the vehicle back Then, they told me to leave it overnight so the issue could get fixed. The next day, the car got dropped off to me at my job. Parts department never answers the phone
Thomas Burton was extremely helpful on our car purchase.Setting the electronics up for us, and explaining the different features.General Manager even came out to assure us to call him if we had any problems.
Salesman was the WORST..t not letting me put top down or drive on interstate. I bought it off computer . He drove me home and to shop and home and he had no one to take him to shop. He said I couldn't pay cash.he said everything I needed to know about Rouch was in glove compartment and then removed it. Refused to open hood.four stars for accounting..warranty.man in last bay who cleaned my car after hours, man in merchandise sales who was most educated in crouch. Malachi is a Phenomenal human being and salesman! He was so professional , helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy!! He made us feel confident and comfortable without being pressured. I brought a car for my daughter who is away at college… so safety was one of my biggest concerns. And I am so Thankful we came there and worked with him!!! Because we left with a “Peace” of mind!!
