I had a really good experience with my sales guy(sorry I have forgotten his name). He was honest and up front with me. I liked his confidence in his product knowledge and ability to show me the value in the Bronco you had. While we couldn’t reach a deal the first day, I think he knew I really liked that custom Bronco so I got texted to come back. I really appreciate that there was no games just honest communication which led to a mutual agreement.
Mack is awesome to work with and everyone involved took good care of us. Customer service is great.
Everyone was great, I did not have to wait long at all. My advisor, wanted to make sure that I had a clear understanding of the process. The wait area was nice, clean, and quiet. They made me comfortable, and I will definitely be back for service work.
From the initial phone call until the driving off with the vehicle, it was a GREAT experience. For my wife and I, five stars is not enough.
