Best experience, ever. Both Taylor Whitehurst and David Becker contacted me via email. I test drove the Focus RS and was impressed beyond belief. They also beat the interest rate that my bank was offering to finance the vehicle. I don't recall the gentleman's name in the Finance dept, but he is very easy to work with. I am so happy I took the short drive to Galveston. Too bad I can only give 5 stars, because they definitely deserve 7.
Was contacted by a salesman immediately but eventually he texted me a few times something meant for another customer and dropped solid follow up. We ended up purchasing elsewhere
