This company not exist it's a scam I send a voice mail and call thousand times no one answered then I went to same location the place in the middle of no were houses
Horrible is the only word I can use to describe the practices of this business. They do not care about their tenants at all. They have an unfair tenant deductible clause in their leases that is designed to encourage tenants not report maintenance concerns, this is bad for both owners and tenants. They think their tenants should make their own improvements to property they do not own. They continuously increase rent for no reason at all, just because they think they can. I guess I shouldn't be surprised at all of the negative reviews. After all, people rarely have something nice to say in these types of forums. So it's been a few years since we were actually Classic Florida Realty tenants, but the NINE YEARS, and two units we rented from them, were 100% problem free. When we had to move after 2 years because our owner was selling, they made sure to find the best, most suitable home for us, and we stayed with them 7 more years.
