They don’t know how to put the tiles straight.
Despite inspecting our grout numerous times, they are unwilling to take responsibility for our grout being 3 different shades. I did not pay for multi colored grout. I Paid for 1 color. The builder blames it on Classic floors, who blames it on the builder, DR Horton. Now, I’m being asked to pay a 1/3 of the price to paint the grout. Very unprofessional to blame the buyer.
