To start I was a certified Chrysler mechanic from the 70s and 80s. I've stayed involved with muscle cars my whole life. I bought a complete exhaust system for my A-body Mopar. The conversation was clear: I wanted a complete system with Chrome tips. I received my order. The invoice stated, "with tips," but it didn't have the tips. I contacted them, and their answer was it's prepped for tips only. They went on to say they don't carry tips for Mopars, like I should have known all that. Very impressed with the service. The wrong system was delivered and the right one was sent out immediately without the wrong one being sent back. Friendly folks to deal with and the system fit perfect at a fair price. Will use on future projects !! Wayne
