I used Wayne years ago and he was very reasonable. I just asked for a quote on some items at a house I'm buying as a rental and he wanted to charge me $225 per hour! $3600 for two days of work. I know darn well it wouldn't take that long. What was he quoting for? 2 vents in the bathrooms, 4 outdoor lights, 4 smoke detectors, a canned light about each of the 2 showers, new receptables, and check that the outdoor receptacle, if there are any, are in working order.
