Great company, committed to helping the communities they serve.
I appreciate what the company does for the community but I've never had a good experience, unfortunately. From bad customer service to items being late/MIA to not accepting valuable coupons upon pickup, it's been one disappointment after another. Update: Paula, owner, went absolutely above and beyond to rectify my complaint (above). It is rare that companies take time to do that these days. Thus, I have updated my review accordingly.
