Amazing service every time that I've gone in. Staff is very professional and service was A-1. Dropped off my suit to get cleaned with minutes to spare before they closed on a Thursday expecting to be told it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday and they told me that I'd be able to pick it up the next day after 5PM. Excellent job the whole way around.
Always such a great experience to go into any store and pick up dry cleaning and or laundry, everybody always so pleasant very efficient etc. there is no other dry cleaner/laundromat in the area that I will ever go to other than Classic
This was my first visit to classic dry cleaners and laundromat and This is one of the cleanest laundromats I have ever been in I observed the lady cleaning last night to my surprise how thorough of a job she was doing not many people seem to take pride in their job anymore it’s great to see that there are people that still care about their job great job classic drycleaners you seem to have hired one great cleaning lady I will be visiting this laundromat again!
Kudos to Wendy at the Simpson Ferry location. While dropping off and picking up my laundry, Wendy pointed outside and commented on the beautiful sunrise. We spent the next few minutes talking about how much we each enjoy the smells and sights of fall. It was a small interaction but one that made my day. I appreciate that Wendy appreciates small details and takes the time to enjoy them! This is why I will keep coming back.
