Lived in the house for 1 year and had multiple issues. Not minor house settling issues, but specifically my concrete driveway is failing. Reason for not being replaced under warranty is because it was the salt from the roads. I can go on etc…but just make sure your home is built by someone who comes to fix the issue not patch them just to get out of the warranty period.
Floors failing for second time in our four year old home. Already been replaced throughout.
