My car was in an accident and this was really my and my wife's first time to find ourself in such an unfortunate situation. Classic Collision did a splendid job. Not only I was pleased with the way they worked on my car but they also had empathy to our situation and worked hard to get my car back to me soon. Its a amazing team! They kept the promise and delivered on the date promised to us.

I have taken two vehicles to Classic Collision for auto body repair. I have been happy with the quality of their paint work. The most recent repair was a more complex one. The team at Classic Collision worked with me through all of the details that I had questions about. There was a challenging issue with a unique part. Chris, the Director of Operations, stepped in to make sure that the issue was remedied to my satisfaction. Because of this attention to customer satisfaction, I would recommend Classic Collision.

Maurice Hunter was very helpful, knowledgable and respectful in detailing the necessary repairs and explaining the issues of repair with my husband's luxury vehicle that received rear end damage. He contacted me concerning changes during the process, and made sure the vehicle was clean and ready upon my arrival to pick up. Many thanks to Chris & Travis @ the Alpharetta location for helping me regarding my recent auto damage claim. Along with the insurance adjuster, Rick Nelson, they were so courteous, friendly and willing to help salvage my vehicle for repairs. They even completely took care of transferring my car from the other body shop that initially assessed my vehicle. Overpromise and Underdeliver! This is what this company lives by. Over 9 weeks for repair. My MINI was delivered to them on 01/02/13 and returned 03/21/13. We had a 2 week delay because a previous hack shop was being back charged. I was told it was a 1.5 week job so i expected 2 weeks. The main reason for delay was Director of Operations continually pulling techs off to work on other projects.
