Great experience after my 1.5 week old (yes!) Tesla Model 3 got hit in the rear driver side door. They kept me up-to-date weekly on the the progress of the repair and were very friendly and professional. The repair looks just like new and I am very happy with the results.
Word of CAUTION: do NOT take your vehicle here. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The only thing this company has going for them is their sweet receptionist. I'm appalled at the incompetent mechanics this company has hired. They returned my car finally after almost TWO months and the bumper and hood were not aligned, as well as the Tesla emblem that's sticking up on the hood incorrectly. Platinum did an excellent job repairing some rear bumper damage and matching the paint... Claudia handled all the insurance paperwork and took care of everything very professionally... Great job!!
They were always accommodating through the process. Car was completed earlier than estimated. They were able to find additional damage and communicated that to the insurance company so I didn't have to. Meghan communicated with me through the whole process. When I got my car back, it had been detailed inside and out. They took great care of my Tesla. They are the only company I could find certified. No complaints.
