My estimator is excellent! He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and I will never go anywhere else for car repair. He is the reason why! He is an outstanding employee!.
"As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. Polite professional a well-run organization. I would not take my car abywhere else I feel that they are very polite and they treat me like a lady.
I am so disappointed ���� I went into the business at 440 today to request an estimate to repair my automobile. A horrible mean woman at the front desk asked me who my insurer was, and I replied I would be a self pay. Even though the business was open till 6 she very rudely advised as I was a self pay it was too late to receive an estimate that day. I wanted to take a minute and write a review which people only write when a customer is either very happy or very dissatisfied with your service: please count me as extremely satisfied. Just so you know, I've already completed the online survey, and given "10s" to each question with regard to level of service. But I still want to leave this review.
