My computer was infected with 3 different versions of Screen Connect, a nasty virus that let someone take over my computer remotely and my eBay account and try to order several Rolex watches on my Google pay account. Luckily I was able to reverse the first purchase and head off the rest. Paul at Classic City Tech was able to remove all 3 versions of the virus and gave me access to the right software so that this doesn't happen again. I can't say enough about how good and thorough he was in his efforts. Highest ratings!
Called on a Sunday - no hours reported online. Got a call back from an angry person because I was calling on the weekend and didn’t even offer to say “call back on Monday when we are open”. Will be going somewhere else
Paul is very knowledgeable and assisted me with setting up a secure home and office network across multiple buildings and devices! I’d recommend CCT to anyone.
Outstanding in the cornfield!!! Paul never ceases to amaze me with his knowledge and expertise. I ask for items and he tells me what I really need—— it works for me!!!
Lightning struck my home this past summer and burned out all of my electronics, including my relatively new Del PC. I called Paul at Classic city Tech, and he fix me up with a brand new PC custom made the way I wanted it, with all the bells and whistles and software. I couldn’t be happier, he answered all my questions and I have had zero problems. Going forward, classic city will have all of my future computer business.
