Exceptional customer service and Dr. Parks is the best.
My boxers receive great care at Hawthorne Animal Hospital, and they love to visit Dr. Yash, Dr. Parks, and the rest of the staff. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. They have an app which is great for receiving notifications from the practice, tracking appointments, etc. You can also earn reward points for every dollar you spend, which comes in handy if you are a frequent visitor like me. Highly recommend!

I never give five-star reviews. Haven't met anyone perfect yet. With that being said this veterinarian and her team is the best that I have been to in quite some time!! I am so grateful she was recommended! Finally my dogs are in a safe, attentive, and informative practice. Highly recommend!
I have a foster kitten that was in terrible shape. She was having seizures and I just didn’t know what to do. A friend referred me to Dr. Yash so that we could try and figure out what was going on. It was an up and down roller coaster but we finally found a course of treatment that seems to be helping. A combination of traditional antibiotics and a Chinese herbal medicine has helped her tremendously. I am so thankful for her willingness to try even though we weren’t sure what the outcome would be.
