Had them come to inspect and clean my chimneys because I was having trouble with one of them drafting. They cleaned from below. Never inspected or went upstairs or checked the top/pointing. When I asked about the draft, he said “it’s because the chimney is not tall enough, just burn some paper in the flu before you start a fire.” I asked how he knew that. He said he could tell by looking up. Mind you, this is the chimney of a fireplace on the first floor and the chimney goes all the way up to the third floor. Doubt it’s too ... read more

Fantastic! Greg was very detailed and made sure to take care of me. Got the chimney cleaned up very well and answered all of my technical questions since this was my first cleaning. Will for sure use Classic Chimney again!
