Test drove the Vehicle for less then a block. Something was hitting the rear tire which made a loud noise. When pulling over the motor shifted gears pulling back quiet abruptly.
I asked my query and they were prompt to respond,,this is a goos start, I will be out of the country for sometime but will sure get back to them.Straightforward folks there .
Completely smooth purchasing experience. The vehicle was exactly as described, the sales rep, Mike Hicks, was responsive regarding the extra documentation I required for import to Canada and went the extra mile by meeting me at the airport (thanks Mike!). Definitely five-star service. Ed

Mgt harassed me to provide unneeded documentation to waive sales tax since the vehicle will be used by my disabled wife. Form 14-318 was supplied which waives sales tax and the dealer's responsibility to collect it. This was not a problem for me, but other disabled people may and probably would have difficulty providing this unnecessary documentation..
