The repair work that was done on my Nissan was perfect. After being hit in my car, it was nice to deal with Gene in the body shop. He was friendly and helpful and had my car ready in a week. The car was cleaned inside and out, as well as the repairs being done. I would recommend the Smicklas body shop to anyone who wants the best service with the best people.
If you want to take your vehicle in 4 times before it's done right then I'd definitely recommend coming here. I will say Gene was a pleasure to work with and very courteous through my whole experience which started back in November. It is now Dec 14th and my vehicle still isn't in pre accident condition. It's not even worth taking it in again for a 5th time. I only used Smicklas bc that's who my dealership referred me to but I wouldn't ever take another vehicle to this place.
