If not for Zephen I'd do 1⭐. I came in for an oil change. Like I have done several times since I bought my Equinox 3yrs ago. They rotated my tires, and did NOT recalibrate my sensors. I'm only off on Mondays. So, it was 2wks after because of timing, not being able to get there before close. I get there, no worries. We'll take care of you. My experience with Classic Chevrolet Cadillac of Texoma was very smooth and professional. The entire process was easy to go through and have no complaints. Angelina and Kaden were awesome to work with in helping me get my new Z06.
Very shady business practices by the 2 managers. I even heard salesmen say they wouldn’t buy a vehicle here if they were a customer. About $4,000 in hidden fees that you don’t know about until you sit down to buy. Run away from this place as quickly as you can.
Got oil change & change oil soon light came on < 2 wks later.
