Excellent service. This dealership used genuine GM parts.
Eric Reaves was our salesman. He greeted us in the parking lot. He is very knowledgeable about any of the vehicles. He is very friendly. I definitely recommend him.
Took my truck in for oil change, got a MPI that stated vehicle had fluids topped off and none of the fluids were topped off. Also on the MPI I was told i have services due that should have been done prior during the UCI since they would have closed to being due when bought the truck 2 months ago. Was told by service advisor(Aaron) the Service Manager would reach out still have not heard from them or anyone That was last Tuesday@ 9AM. Totally not impressed with their service or abilities
Thank you again classic Cleburne for another great transaction. Asbel and Dalton really helped me out with getting me to where I needed ! Almost closing time and even when my Uber didn’t show they offered to take me home without hesitation even basically after hours. This is my second transaction with this dealership and will be back in the future again.
