Horiabel place they tried the bait and switch with the floor we picked out and brought a totally different floor to try and install. Then got that strate then did the worst install job I have ever seen. Had to hire another company to tear it out and redo the entire job they did. Do not go with this company
We went into Classic Carpet to try and find some cove base tile to finish our bathroom remodel. After spending over 30 minutes with the saleswoman she said she would have to call her supplier to see what they could get. We never heard back from her. So instead of doing what I normally do (support local businesses) we had to go to Home Depot. Classic Carpet must not have needed our business that bad.
We were very pleased with the professionalism and friendly people, from Ted to reception to the installers. We are extremely happy. I'm a real estate agent and will definitely be referring Classic Carpet to my clients!
