RecommendedIt’s the only decent car wash in Napa. Other than that, nope I wouldn’t. You always have to wipe it down yourself when you leave. They always miss spots. And you pay a fortune for their lack of service 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
I’ve been taking my cars here for over 20 years and I’m so tired of paying for a $40 dollar car wash and having to come home and vacuum and dust and wash my car because they didn’t. My tires still have red dirt on them and dust everywhere inside and horrible vacuum job. There is still chunks of dirt on the outside too. So now I have to go clean my car and I’m out $50 . El servicio no es bueno casi siempre. A todos los clientes les dan mal el servicio de limpieza de su auto en especial por dentro de las puertas no tocan lo sucio para nada y to su marco de paz puertas por dentro no tienen ese detalle y ni la curiosidad para que esos pequeños detalles estén limpios,posiblemente los dueños les den sierro tiempo para limpiarlos autos pero,la realidad que ya están perdiendo clientas ojo .👍

I like the service provided at Napa Classic Car Wash. They look out for you...my last trip in they were able to take care of a chip in my windshield before my car was finished and they took care of contacting my Insurance and it didn't cost me a dime! This trip I had accumulated enough points to receive $20 off my wash...now that's a deal! Best car wash in town!
Service has definitely been sub par as of late. They rush through and don’t complete the job they start. They need to make changes ASAP or risk loosing many customers!
HAND WASH, vacuum, wheels, etc!!! Hamburgers and sandwiches, tons of employees paying attention to detail!!!!
