Super Service, sehr viel Personal
I visited Classic Car Wash off Lark recently and had a disappointing experience. The sales rep approached me and tried to upsell me to a more expensive wash plan. I politely declined, but then he pulled up my current plan and increased the price, seemingly to pressure me into upgrading. That felt shady. Why are subscription increases happening with the sales reps and not at the corporate level?
Terrible and dishonest service. They told me it would be $1 to start and then $20 per month, but after they finished they charged me for a full car wash instead. That’s completely misleading and feels like a scam.
After spending $400+, you’d expect a pristine detailing job. Not only did they completely forget the floor mats, their team didn’t even do the basics (interior and exterior windows, side mirrors cleaned of spots etc). Even gas station car washes do a better job. Ten or so years ago, they had an excellent business, but I’m done trying to make this work.
