The service is excellent, it is so good that I just don't want to drive any of my cars after they get wash and full devices. Everything is on place, people work as a team, they always looking to serve better. I really please with the service I fully recommend. Now, the is one thing that I do not like but it doesn't have to do with the service "" ... the manager treat employees real bad, I feel bad for them. I know that it may be part of the success but nobody Is perfect. Sometimes he abuses (sorry)
OK, so I'm very particular about who makes contact with my car - but after it got heavily doused with motor oil from a truck in front of me on the highway, and without time to self-detail, I gave these guys s try. I got their top-of-line wash w/interior clean and sprung for the Rain-X finish. First time through the wash and when drying, etc., their lead guy Deon noticed there was still smudging on the car, so he insisted on running it through again. I love classic car wash, I am a hard person to please and regardless they have always went above and beyond with their customer service! I always recommend.
I stopped in to Classic Car Wash one day and haven't been anywhere else since! Everyone is so friendly & does a great job! The customer service is always exceptional in my experience.. My car looks great after the car wash & I love that they hand dry your car afterwards! Enjoy the free vacuums if you need it, & I believe on Wednesday they have a $3 happy hour wash! Also, the super lava is pretty awesome :) I give it a thumbs up!
Came in for a regular car wash, the staff went beyond what I expected. They definitely know how to make the customer happy. I've never had service this good at a regular car wash.
