Usually excellent service, today not so much! My car came out of the wash still dirty. I asked the "manager" about it and he said he could only help me if I paid for full service. He said that the "wash only" express deluxe isn't meant to get your car completely clean. Really?
These guys know how to shine up your car and their customer service is on point!
This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and car came out incredibly clean
Have been a frequent cust of this car wash for the last 4 years. Today spent 26 bucks and pull up to the entrance to the wash and was told by the attendant they don't accept the punch cards anymore. I have 8 punches on the full service side and 2 on the express side . A free wash in my next visit , so I thought . The attendant must of saw a confused look and said would you like to talk to a manager . He comes out and says they stopped it and LAughs !! I said but my next one is free , he said nope .
