I had sent my wife up to this place to get a simple oil change and came out with a bill over a 100 dollars. Said that they had to service the rearend which holds 3 qts of oil but when I checked it it was still a half of qt short. The rear end was never drain and re packed as was told. Had to finish myself. I think my wife was taken advantage of!!!!! Would never send anyone to this place again!!!!!!!! ??
Horrible experience. Broke my cruise control stick. On Saturday, August 13, 2014, I went to Classic Car Wash around noon, for a basic wash. Close to 40 minutes later, my car was ready. I walked around, car looked great, I tipped the guy who dried/finished up the car wash, got in my car, looked down, and noticed the cruise control stick was broken. Best Car Wash in Town – I've been to so many car washes in the Valley and because of all the problems I've experienced in the past, I only go to two. This is by far the best!!! I read all the reviews on this place and strongly disagree with the negative although nobody's perfect.. Great Car Wash – Very excellent wash. Conveniently located, great prices and awesome details. Remember people, you get what you pay for!!I come once a week and always leave happy. Even had the windshield guy repair a crack in my windshield. Very professional and courteous. Iwill continnue to give them my business and recommend this wash to all my friends. 5 stars all day
I have been using this carwash for 8 years. The last 2 times I have visited the carwash the service was sub-par. I asked for the full Ultra Works the first time and when I got in my car the Armorall was dripping all over my door panels. This last time I asked for the same thing and they didn't Armorall or steam clean the carpets. When I asked the lady at the counter ( who has the personality of a shoe) she said that I needed to ask for the price level I wanted. You would think "Ultra Works" means Ultra clean. Stole my charger – I took my car in yesterday and paid extra for an interior detail. A couple of hours later I went to charge my I-phone and the entire charger was missing! Now I wonder what else might have been taken.
Great, Consistent & Convenient – I can always count on these guys doing a really good job. Sometimes they might overlook a spot or two, but always are happy to touch up. I think the staff works really hard to give good service, and get cars through in a timely manner. The gift shops are great too. Uniques boutique items, and complimentary coffee, tea and cider. If only these were in grocery parking lots, I could get everything done at once!
Florence's BEST carwash – ^ Totally disagree with the guy above. IDK about the illegals or the alleged spouse hitting? But this has nothing to do with the owners or who works there. This car was is wonderful. They do an amazing job and they do it quick. I typically hand wash my car but every once in awhile I don't have the time to hand wash it.
