Horrible experience. Broke my cruise control stick. On Saturday, August 13, 2014, I went to Classic Car Wash around noon, for a basic wash. Close to 40 minutes later, my car was ready. I walked around, car looked great, I tipped the guy who dried/finished up the car wash, got in my car, looked down, and noticed the cruise control stick was broken. Best Car Wash in Town – I've been to so many car washes in the Valley and because of all the problems I've experienced in the past, I only go to two. This is by far the best!!! I read all the reviews on this place and strongly disagree with the negative although nobody's perfect.. Great Car Wash – Very excellent wash. Conveniently located, great prices and awesome details. Remember people, you get what you pay for!!I come once a week and always leave happy. Bad Experience – I took my new car (2 weeks old) for the first car wash at Classic Car Wash 18470 Devonshire Street, Northridge, CA. (South East Corner of Reseda and Devonshire). This is the place that for the last 10 years is doing my car service detailing. I noticed some scratches on the leather of my passenger's seat. THIEVES! – Employees stole my cell phone. Had to file police report. After threatening further reportage to other agencies, phone miraculously reappeared the next day. Found in the same trash can I had meticulously searched the day before. No apology from the owner, just a verbal assault about my "making a scene". Avoid this place!
