If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Classic Caps has been incredibly frustrating. In July, I toured the factory and sat down with Johana to discuss my plans. She assured me I would receive a sample shirt and hat within a week. Nearly two months passed without any communication—none of my emails were answered, and I had to resend my artwork files on several occasions.
