Anonymous – Please I beg you do not go there. The customer service was terrible. The staff is rude and does not care of anything but making money. As the bride they wouldn't even work with me when the made a hugh mistake. They would not here my story or try to help the situation. They would yell and use inappropriate language when I was calmly talking to them and asked there was no reason to react in such a manner. Extremely rude staff! – Unfortunately, I had to experience this rude and crude customer service on more than one occasion. They were not only mean to my bridesmaids, uttering nasty comments under their breath and giving a total lack of respect to me, they acted like they were in the worst job position ever. I firmly believe that if your are unhappy with your career choice, then MOVE ON!! Don't take it out on the customers. Highly Unprofessional – My wedding is October 2007. I ordered a gown from Classic in January 2007. I was told the gown would come in around May. Well, when I called in June they told me they just ordered my gown and I wouldn't receive it until September! I was floored. Not even an apology. No discount was offered. Nothing. There wasn't a thing I could do. I just waited and finally picked up my gown 6 weeks before my wedding. Now I have to rush with my alterations, get my veil to match and dye my shoes.
