Hardly a first class luxury shopping experience … and horrible customer service..you couldn’t even fill up the fuel tank with gas… nor could you provide car mats for my purchase. Only heard your gripes about low profit margin on the sale. No handshakes, congratulations or a red bow from anyone!

I just went by Mercedes-Benz of Bowling Green and Mr.Mark Mahowald the service advisor was a great help he helped me install a new real rearview mirror in my E320 I certainly appreciate it.
This was my third experience. The first two was phenomenal. This week was very humiliating. I got a phone call from a salesman that someone was interested in my auto. All was very misleading. I not only made a wasted trip and lost wages , the offer for my car was beyond insulting. So sad to experience how they had changed since my last two purchases.
