This was my third experience. The first two was phenomenal. This week was very humiliating. I got a phone call from a salesman that someone was interested in my auto. All was very misleading. I not only made a wasted trip and lost wages , the offer for my car was beyond insulting. So sad to experience how they had changed since my last two purchases.

Purchased a 2025 M-B GLC300 recently and my salesperson Cheyenne Waterman was excellent, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. I also worked with her Manager Melissa Elmore and she ensured that I was comfortable with the sales process and offered help with all aspects of the process. I cannot think of enough positive words that can express how comfortable Cheyenne and Melissa made me feel in making my purchase.
